Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and ship the same day processing is complete. You will receive a tracking number by email within 2 to 3 business days of placing your order.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery is 8 to 15 business days after dispatch. These are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier delays or peak seasonal volume.

International orders
We ship worldwide. Free standard shipping is included on every order, with Express available at checkout. Customs duties or import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, email movella_@outlook.com with your order number and we will look into it.
